After nearly 10 years at 1015 15th Street, Stout & Teague assisted Flex Discovery, an e-discovery firm focused on litigation support, in their relocation to Vornado’s 230,000 sf LEED certified building at 1150 17th Street. “This transaction for both parties was like finding a needle in a haystack”, said Stout & Teague Vice President, Mike Gordon. “The sublandlord, another recently acquired e-discovery firm who had already vacated the space, was seeking a tenant to take over their 5,000 sf of newly built offices for the long term. The close proximity to four Metro stations, a diverse retail amenity base, favorable lease terms, and strong Vornado management team justified our client’s quick decision to move forward”.
