Stout and Teague signed 3 new tenants at Herndon Station, 754 Elden Street, Herndon, Virginia, bringing the office space in the building to 85% occupancy. The new tenants are:
- Construction Consultants, Inc.
- Acuity Systems LLC
- Artemis Global Logistics & Solutions
The new tenants join Probity LLC in the newly renovated building. The lease-up follows completion of a major building renovation with the installation of 10 new windows on a previously blank facade. “We are pleased to have attracted such a dynamic group of businesses, establishing our building as an innovation hub in historic downtown Herndon,” said Michael Gordon, Vice President, Leasing.
