Headfirst has provided top-notch sports and summer camp programs for boys and girls in the Washington, DC area since 1996. Now, with assistance from Stout & Teague, Headfirst has clinched a lease for a 4,500 square foot office suite at 2639 Connecticut Ave, NW in Woodley Park. KLNB acted as the landlord representative for owner Grosvener Americas. In a double play, Stout & Teague also helped Headfirst move its equipment storage from Annapolis to a 3,000 square foot warehouse in Chevy Chase, eliminating the 30-mile trips back and forth.
