Three tenants recently signed leases – totaling 10,800 square feet – at 7101 Wimsatt Rd in Springfield, a property owned by WP Company, LLC. American Rental, Inc. signed an extension and three new tenants signed on.

The three new tenants are:

• Euro Installation
• Columbia Mirror & Glass of Georgetown
• 3C Complete Commercial Cleaning, Inc.

These deals follow renovations that Stout & Teague completed, including replacing the roof, replacing the parking lot, and upgrading the restrooms. Further capital improvements are planned in the coming months. “We are excited to bring in new tenants, retain current tenants, and work with the new management team at the Washington Post,” said Stout & Teague President Neel Teague.
