JMU’s Washington Semester program has new quarters at the Resources & Conservation Center. Located at 1400 16th St, NW in the vibrant Dupont Circle Neighborhood, the building has a lot to offer JMU’s program – great amenities, proximity to DC attractions and Metro, and a positive work environment. Being neighbors with other higher education organizations is also appealing. Stout & Teague’s Vice President, Mike Gordon, brokered the lease, and building management worked closely with JMU staff to design and build out JMU’s suite to its specifications in order to enhance this educational and cultural experience.
