Monarch Title opened its doors in McLean in April 2003. Now it offers client services at 7 locations across the D.C. Metro area and is part of a strategic network of title companies that covers 40 states. Innovative processes and a dedicated and experienced team have made it an industry leader.

With this amazing success, Stout & Teague was pleased to work with the tenant’s broker, Rob Kulik of Serten Advisors, to renew Monarch Title’s nearly 11,000 sf of headquarter space at 6861 Elm Street in McLean. “Monarch Title has been a market-leading, locally owned fixture in the ever-changing residential neighborhoods surrounding McLean for many years. And we’re delighted they will continue to be a part of our community for the long term,” said Stout & Teague VP Michael Gordon.

The building’s strategic location is in McLean’s central business district, just minutes from Tysons, D.C., the Beltway and the GW Parkway. The building common areas are recently renovated and there is ample surface parking for Monarch’s clients, staff and visitors.
