Stout & Teague is happy to announce the successful completion of a 9,520 sf renewal for Fintrac, Inc. in the Resources & Conservation Center, located in Dupont Circle at 1400 16th St NW. Fintrac is a U.S.-based and woman-owned consulting company that develops agricultural solutions to end hunger and poverty across Africa, Asia, and Latin America. Since 2000, Fintrac, Inc. has delivered training and technical assistance to nearly 2 million smallholder farmers, leveraged $2 billion in sales, and helped 10 million people, including children, become more food secure.
The building is surrounded by the eclectic charm of Dupont Circle and has served as Fintrac, Inc.’s headquarters since 2011. The Central Business District, Metro, and the 14th Street Corridor are all within easy walking distance and the building’s amenities include a state-of-the-art conference center, an on-site cafe, a fitness center, a large courtyard, garage parking and concierge service.
