Stout & Teague has completed the addition of a fire sprinkler system at 8001 Forbes Place in Springfield, Virginia. The provision of a fire sprinkler system in the 3-story building will allow greater flexibility in use and interior layout of tenant spaces as well as improving fire-safety in the 68,000 square foot office building. Working with Superior Mechanical under a design/build contract, Stout & Teague coordinated the work to complete the work in both core and occupied tenant spaces.
