Stout & Teague has completed the renovation of all office floors at 1400 16th Street, NW. Working with OTJ Architects and HITT Construction, Stout & Teague managed the complete transformation of core lobbies, corridors, and restrooms with upgraded fixtures, lighting, and finishes. Stout & Teague successfully managed the $4 million project while maintaining near-full occupancy of the building.
