Stout & Teague has signed two new tenants at 1400 16th Street, NW. Headfirst Camps and National Center for Homelessness Law are moving to Resources & Conservation Center in 2024. Long-time tenants International Fund for Animal Welfare and National Housing & Redevelopment Authority have renewed and extended their leases.
