The Early Bird Café, previously operated by Mr. and Mrs. Kang, has now been transferred to Ms. Elisa Tran with the assistance of Stout & Teague. The café will continue to serve breakfast and lunch on weekdays to the building’s tenants and the wider Dupont Circle community. Menu highlights include banh mi, salads, wraps and rolls, Vietnamese coffee, and herbal fruit tea. To celebrate the transition, the café is offering a summer promotion of a free cookie or dessert. You can visit the café at 1400 16th Street NW, located on the basement level.

Stout & Teague has renewed leases for multiple tenants at the Crossroads Professional Building in Takoma Park.  Law Offices of Julio Hernandez, Metro Tax, Blanca Dominguez, and Slatkin & Lupo have renewed their leases at the building. The premier professional office building in Takoma Park, the Crossroads Professional Building houses providers of medical, dental, legal, accounting, and other services to the Takoma and Langley Park communities.

Stout & Teague has renewed leases for multiple tenants at the United Methodist Buildings, 100/110 Maryland Avenue, NE   Carnegie Mellon University, Islamic Society of North America, Family Endeavors, and General Council on Religion & Race have renewed their leases at the building.

Stout & Teague has renewed the lease with the Embassy of El Salvador, extending their 20-year tenure in the building

Stout & Teague has renewed leases for multiple tenants at 8001 Forbes Place.  JGL Construction, WorkAway Solutions, Gun Owners of America, Sorensen Gross, National Capital Bible Church, and Sisson Studios have renewed their leases at the building.

Stephanie Corcoran has joined Stout & Teague as Director of Marketing. Ms. Corcoran will be responsible for marketing and communications for the company with special focus on marketing the company’s leasing portfolio.  Ms. Corcoran has extensive experience in marketing of luxury residential properties in the Washington DC metropolitan area.

Stout & Teague has signed Educology Solutions as a new tenant at 1616 P Street, NW.  Educology Solutions specializes in the digital transformation and modernization of public sector technologies to create a digital first experience.

Stout & Teague has signed two new tenants at 1400 16th Street, NW. Headfirst Camps and National Center for Homelessness Law are moving to Resources & Conservation Center in 2024. Long-time tenants International Fund for Animal Welfare and National Housing & Redevelopment Authority have renewed and extended their leases.

Joe Duffy has joined Stout & Teague as Senior Asset Manager. Mr. Duffy will be responsible for asset management of third-party and company-affiliated assets, as well as evaluating new investment opportunities. Joe has extensive experience in Washington real estate including asset management roles at Federal Realty Investment Trust and Penzance.
