Stout and Teague arranged the sale of a choice four acre infill parcel in Lake Barcroft. After extensive and difficult negotiations with Fairfax County, the and owners working closely with Stout and Teague, along with Land Design Consultants and attorney Mark Viani were able to secure title insured public access, and approval for an eight lot cluster development in the Sleepy Hollow neighborhood. Evergreene Homes scooped up the lots in December and will begin construction in the spring. Rick Stout worked closely with the owners and commented, “The entitlement process gets more difficult and protracted every year. We were pleased to get get the right people involved in this complex situation and bring it to a very successful conclusion.”
