In a move that follows ten years of property development and management, Stout & Teague sold 50 West Plaza, a 24,891 square foot retail center in Chantilly near the intersection of Rt. 50 and Rte. 28. The property sold for $11.8 million to a group led by Deoudes-Magafan Realty, Inc. Stout & Teague developed the property in 2006. Attractive design complemented its ideal location near rapidly developing communities in Ashburn, the Avion Business Park, and the popular Udvar-Hazy Center of the National Air and Space Museum. Tenants include Wendy’s, Paisano’s Pizza, Clean Mart and Virginia Jewelers.
